1.Phoenix Reach is working well with Mumbai import Gleaming Sky,whos is a winner of a race & also has run some game races in elite company.Also the final spurt with Pleasuring is also encouraging & hence Phoenix Reach can be backed if the final odds are reasonably good. Gampu ,Royal Filly , Master Strategist & Silver Crest are the others, who have credentials to place. But I rule out Mast.Strategist, though is a demotee, due to the choice of JKY. Sil.Crest is very badly out of form, but watch the ring as the stable is known to produce rabits out of thin air.

2.Ignore the previous run of Miss Honeydew, who was well up with the front runners till the bend & then called it a day. With a run benefit & stable jky Gnaneshwar in the saddle, chances look bright. Except for Starry view, who is on swimming & Cindy Girl with no work outs, others hardly matter. It will be a miracle if any other horse wins here.

3.With the benefit of a run & hardly any opposition except for Scimitar, Star Presentation looks to be a certainity. There will be a scramble for 3rd place among Jersey Power, Ever So Clever & Violet Honey.

4.There is very little to chose from Fleet.Arrow & Archipenko as per their last encounter. They will wage a bitter battle for supremacy. But I give slight edge due to the fact that the former won an impossible race from the runaway leader Archipenko. With KPG Appu in the saddle, who trys to take favourable position from the word go,I fancy Fleeting arrow to win. Western Command can occupy the third slot.The rest have very little chance, even to place.

5.Most of the players here are closely matched, & only the fittest of them will emerge victorious. The prominent among them will be Dancing Highness,(thank God W.Smith is entrusted with other one) Badge of Gold, Arturo & Jersey Pride, who all have a chance on paper. How ever I fancy Dancing Highness to win from Badge of Gold

6.Integer won its only run of his career, albeit in Hyderabad, moving well on tracks.There is lot of scope for further improvement & is likely to score from Mighty Heart, who ran a pathetic race, as a well backed favourite in its earlier run this season. Fly For Sure credentials are unknown & only race time will unfold its true colours.Man United can grace the board if one of them fail.Black Splendour is the other pretender who can place.

7.The main contenders are Pleasuring, Hall Mark & Lester. The connections of Lester are known to bring down the horse a class or two & then make a betting coup.They are not known to take the bull by its horn. Hence the fight for 1st place will be from MAM & D.Byramji's stable. Pleasuring with a run benefit, is at advantge to score here.

Great show , Mr.Rao , you had 4 straight Winners.Star Presentation was fortunate to scrape through as the presence of MAM made the difference.Hope you had a good ROLL.Kindly avoid tipping the Hyderabad Horses as as most of them dont even PLACE.There seems to be a lot of difference in the quality of Horses in the 2 race courses. Besides most of them are here to keep themselves FIT.
Thanks Shyam,Yes I made a mistake with Integer, but once the odds drifted in the ring, I backed my second choice Mighty Heart, which was being backed heavily. Over all it was a good day for me.No I didn't go for roll or Kainchi.
