This post is in response to the comments posted by Mr.Surendra Prasad Sao in Mr.Rajgopal Nair's & also in this blog.
First of all let me make it clear that I do not see either night or morning odds, or any other racing site/blogger/News paper selections before I post my selections.The simple reason is that I might get influenced & may err.
Mr Sao says the criteria for assessing a blog should be the returns on investment & not how many winners one has given.Hence this article.
Assuming that one plays only the first choice given by me & betting unit being Rs 1000/- & the tax is 10 %, the returns will be as under.The odds given are the actual odds that were given by book makers when I was in the ring.

Grand total ( winnings in 5 days )
9700 + 600 + 9000 + 4300 + 6300 = + 29,900
This is on investment of ( 39 races ) = 42900 ( inclusive 10 % tax )
Ret. On. Inv = 29900 /42900 X 100 = 69.69 %
Ofcourse the returns can be more because one can increase betting on Snowden, Ekhabinskya, Ambiens,SeaRuler & Raquel as I was very upbeat about them.
Hope this will make things more transperant & visitors of the blog can make a better judgement. Ofcourse this is one of the purple patch I'm going through, definitely there will be losing days also, but over all even if one can break even or make little profit, I'll be more than happy, because I enjoy the sport.

There is no two opinions about your work.
May be because we have taken the selections of only last 3 days. No one can consistently perform and give winners week after week.
Mr Shyam has given some fluke wins earlier which fetched thumping returns in the past. I know one "Adamstar" who is a friend, used to play blindly on my tips lately changed track and become a fan of Mr Shyam. I know hee has a fan base in Mumbai.
And I know few of my friends only know Mr Swamy Babu's blog. They even dont know who is this Destiny Calling. I always tell my friends there are few blogs, they are readable, follow them, pick the right chord and place your bet.
In fact I have started to analyse the performance of the bloggers not to pull someone down or push up, it was just to analyse where I stand vis-a-vis others. I dont want this discussion to continue if it is turning out to be a blame game, and I think so and it is going that way.
You dont know what is in store for next week, today's merit order may go topsy turvy next week, then all allegations will boomerang, then today's rank holder will become the prey.
So we all are starting afresh from Bangalore season and try to give our best. I assure one and all, till complettion of the season I will not flee from the scene and continue to analyse the performance of all blog writers.
I take this opportunity to wish Mr Vyas, hello... what is happening there? Why sudden invite only...?
I fully agree with you and found your analysis of the runner quite good. When working out choices one has to avoid looking at the odds or choices of various newspapers and bloggers, the only considerations have to be the draw, jockey,change of equipment and the track.
Ofcourse at the race course further factors to be considered are the change in odds and any jockey/trainer getting their double/triple in the days racing
Each one dances to a different tune, every handicapper ( those who know the sport and work hard, not those who indulge in plagiarism )has his own strengths and the success should be measured by the number of wins given as bets not as choices, then one can take odds into consideration to see the most successful one ( pls note I did not say BEST )this needs to be treated as a sporting challenge not an EGO game. All the tipsters give out 2 to 4 choices, which are helpful in analyzing the race but not in determining the real success.as a friendly challenge we should set up a race in which there is an entry fee and the total to be divided up into 1st 2nd and 3rd winners just like in the races, entry fee 1 k and the rules simple winner or place bet to be given 1 hr before the 1st race , put up on a website and the tote odds to be the winnings, each one starts with 10 k in pseudo betting money , and the one that has the most remaining will be the winner. one can give as many bets in a day or refrain from giving any bet. I can say this that Swamy, Rajesh , Saif , Jimmy and possiblly Vinod Vyas and Chanakya would like to take this up . this would be the real strength of the racing pundits, THIS SHOULD NOT BE UESD IN ANY NEGATIVE MANNER AND SHOULD BE USED TO SEE AND BENEFIT FROM THE CUMULATIVE WISDOM OF THE CHALLENGERS , can be called the "successful bettor trophy "

Welcome to this blog.I must thank Mr Sao, as he has inadvertantly made blogging community & it's visitors active.Otherwise it was mundane & boring.
I don't know about others,but as far as I'm concerned, when I give my one/two selections,they are given for win & as next best and I do play all my first choices except for some horses which are offered at unbackable odds like 25/100 or so.If you have any doubt come to Pune & ask in the Pune ring for Madhu or Rao, probably every 2nd/3rd person will tell you, "what I preach I do",in this case what I tipped, I play.
And what plagiarism you are talking about? Do you have any idea how much time is being spent to analyse each race.Probably no,because you may be depending on others.
I've not thrown any challenge to any body,nor I want to show my superiority.It seems you have not read my post thoroughly.I've clearly mentioned that my article is in response to Mr.Sao's comments on mine & Nair's blog.Pl read Sao's comments on various blogs & then comment.I am at liberty to analyse my own performance in my own blog and should not be a problem,as long as I've not talked about others.
Mr.Nair has started analysing the bloggers performance for the last few days & he is also planning to continue for entire Banalore summer season, hence make your suggestions in that blog.

Perheps only you have understood my mind that I am not PRO or Aginst any blogger.
My salute is to the CELEBRITY who stands first on over all performance in long term.
You are ONE among a few to whom I regularly follow & therefore perheps I have understood you in better depth.
When a goldsmith puts gold in fire It is not for burning it but for bringing more shine to it.
Please take my any critisism to this line only.
I honestly mention that I am one among few LYCKY who are OVER ALL in profit over last few years & this is because I have maintained a balance between Low Odds & High Odds Bets.
Shri Purush Sethy has exectly said this on shri Nair's blog, that for Winning a cricket Match Singles & Doubles are equaly important like Fours & Sixs.
Sir, In this process I am benifited because I have understood your selection method better & confidence has increased.
In a month time,I look for One or TWO cofident WIN BET @ 1.0 to 1.5 where put half petty & enjoy rest of the month with small amount playing on higher odds.
